Salt Lake City – The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward in an armed bank robbery a year ago where the culprits wore Halloween masks and carried semi-automatic handguns.The robbery happened about 1 p.m. Oct. 29, 2010, at a U.S. Bank branch in Salt Lake City .
